What, why, and how to meditate.

In a matter of seconds you can find countless articles and studies about the benefits of mediation. Most of us realize that meditation is something that's good for us, maybe even something we should do, but it can seem a little foreign and weird. When you do give it a try your brain will probably tell you, "You're not even doing anything. Why just sit here? It's a total waste of time." In this episode we'll address the very basics of meditation, what it is, the different types, powerful lessons I've learned from the practice, and how to get started. Meditation is a simple practice that can have profound impact on our lives, how we see ourselves, how we relate with others, and how we experience our own divine nature.
