We can learn a lot from the super simple foundational teachings of yoga. Today we go through a list of five principles that are foundational for a happy, healthy, awake life. They're called the Yamas which means "restraints". These are things we naturally do, but need to work to keep ourselves from doing. So here's the list-- ahimsa (non-harming), satya (non-lying), asteya (non-stealing), brahmacharya (non-excessiveness), and aparigraha (non-greed).
