This week I make a little departure from the usual. It's been a really long time since I've posted a guided meditation, so this week I'm putting up three! In this episode I give a bit of an explanation for the practices, and then you can go ahead and move on to those separate recordings and practice along with them when you are ready. These are practices that I LOVE and incorporate into my life as much as I can. I hope they become a part of your life and practice too.
