Let's talk about body image today. We live in a world that is pretty toxic to having a happy, healthy body image because, let's face it, 99.9% of us don't live in a body that would fit the magazine cover ideal. Each of us has a body image, a psychological picture in our mind of how our body looks and an interpretation of it should look like what that means about our worth. Today I'm asking you to examine your definition of beauty and health and start to choose it more consciously. What if you didn't have to change a thing to feel good in your own skin?
