I have found it so incredibly helpful to understand the distinction between my lower, animal brain and my higher creative, conscious brain. For example,when I'm craving chocolate I know that my lower brain is just seeking a dopamine response. Even though I really feel like I NEED that chocolate or the world will end, I know it's just my lower brain trying to drive the show. We'll talk about 5 of our neurotransmitters, what they do for us, and how to trigger them in healthy ways.
